Yamaha has revealed prices for its BS6-compliant FZ 25 and its newly-introduced FZS 25. The FZ 25 is priced at Rs 1.52 lakh, which makes it around Rs 15,000 dearer than the outgoing BS4 variant. The new FZS 25, meanwhile, costs Rs 5,000 more than the BS6 FZ 25 at Rs 1.57 lakh.

These bikes were first unveiled in February of this year and were set to go on sale in April, but the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a delay. Peak output figures for the updated fuel-injected, BS6 engine were revealed earlier – 20.8hp at 8,000rpm and 20.1Nm of torque at 6,000rpm.
